Yay, I finally had a reason to create a subcategory for Movie clips! Two new clips there. One features Casanova, Victoria and her father, the other Victoria and Pucci. Both contain spoilers, so be careful if you want to remain spoiler-free.    Otherwise, no Golden Globe Nominations for Casanova, but Heath got nominated Best Actor for "Brokeback Mountain", and Alexandre Desplat got nominated for his "Syriana" soundtrack. Congrats and good luck to both of them! |

NYC Industry Premiere yesterday!!

Yesterday was a special screening in NYC at the Loews Lincoln Square, and the whole main cast except for Nat(alie Dormer) attended the party and had a whole lot of fun. Basically it was a cuddling party for everyone  ..    Go here for the rest. Also, the Golden Globe nominations are due tomorrow, so keep an eye on the news....let's hope Casanova gets nominated in a few categories! |

In other news, I found this here: Hey, 'Casanova,' Reel Talk's got you Are you ready to put some love in your holidays? Check out "Casanova," starring Heath Ledger and Sienna Miller, which will be the next Reel Talk presentation 7 p.m. Thursday at the Star Southfield, 25333 W. 12 Mile. Reel Talk is a monthly film preview club in which Detroit News film critic Tom Long leads a discussion after the film, asks trivia questions and gives away prizes. Registration is $30 a year and is nonrefundable. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Proceeds go to Michigan K.I.D.S., a nonprofit organization that provides newspapers and reading materials to schools.
